If you searched for or selected the company on Angies list using a Deal or Coupon, go to Account (at upper right corner of page when logged in as a user) and select either My Search History or My Purchase History, as applicable. Search History obviously does not last forever, so depends on how long ago this happened whether the company name might be listed there or not.

If not in those listings, then scan through company names under the Search the List categories of Basement Waterproofing as the most likely place to find the name of the company you used (if you think you would recognize it if you saw it) - or maybe Foundation Repair or Insulation if that vapor barrier installation was done as part of a foundation repair or insulation job. Or maybe Handymen if you perhaps used a Handyman for this job. Or remotely possibly Plumbing if you had the sump pump installed by a plumber and he happened to agree to do a vapor barrier as well - though that is pretty far out of normal plumber territory.

Or if you remember about when it was done, check your checkbook or credit card billings ((or check online account history) if paid using one of those modes. Most banks have an option to view paid checks if you click on a View Check or View Image or similar link in the checking account history (or sometimes click on the check number) - and of course credit card bills show the vendor name in almost all cases.
