Question DetailsAsked on 12/17/2017

I have an exterior Window Trim on one window that needs replacement, does an estimate for $3000 sound right?

Other details - the trim has couple of faux 'columns' on the side and at the top is a Stucco. It is about 7 feet wide and 3 feet tall. It is current made of wood; it is rotting and plan is to replace with a poly- material. The contractor quoted about $3300 for the whole job (in Long Island NY). Is it a fair price?

initially $3,000.00 sounds out of wack, how high up is it, how expensive is the replacement materials how difficult would removal and replacement be, will the job cause damage to the stucco. as I would recomend to any customer of mine who wants to know if my price was fair, get three estimates compare and then you'll answer your own question. Tri-Pane Installions, inc. Farmingdale, Thank you for you questions.
