I have very recently discovered that very few people do watch or clock repair nowadays. Most jewelry stores used to do watch repair, but not any more. To find someone to repair your clock, your best bet is probably going to be to check with a fine jewelry store that employs a watchmaker (not a jeweler) Best of luck to you on your search!
