I need homeowner's insurance for a home I'm need to sell that is currently unoccupied.Know of a reputable insurance company I can contact?


I had to move due to business relocation, my home is up for sale, current insurance will expire Nov 24 and they won't renew it because the house is vacant. I've been unsuccessful contacting folks my realtor suggested.

You might check with Nationwide. We have used them for 20 years and consider them reputable. I'm not sure what their policy is regarding vacant homes but you could try them.
