Roofing and Heating and A/C would be the Search the List categories to find well-rated and reviewed contractors for these types of jobs.


Unless you also need some other remodeling or are looking at completely replacing the roof framing too (due to insect damage or rot or such) which you could also use a General Contractor for this to keep it all under one contractor, you would be paying typically 10-20% more for that convenience. Since there is basically no overlap between the two jobs, I would get a roofer to do the roofing first, then a Heating and A/C contractor to do the HVAC job.
