They are a green method of carpet cleaning that leaves no residue so that it shouldn’t get dirty so quickly again. Do you know anything about this if so who would you recommend?

I think you are talking ZeroRez - a franchise cleaning company claiming that a "water-based" cleaning method beats out using detergents or chemicals - which I personally doubt. SOunds like another "eco-shopper" scam to me, but that is just my personal opinion. Without detergents and biocides i seriously doubt your surfaces will be either as clean or disinfected as with conventional steam or hot-water cleaning.
