Ironing is a Search the List category in the Services area - join up (free membership or paid as you prefer) and search that category for well-rated and reviewed ironing help.

Or have your items that need ironing both washed and ironed both at a commercial ddry cleaner/laundry.

Or get an ironing board and iron for probably around $30-40 each and do a bit of experimenting on some older clothes following along with iron manufacturer how-to videos or Youtube to learn how to do it yourself. While pleats and special delicate fabrics take a bit more care and learning, normal creases like for shirts, pants, lapels, ties, flat fabric dresses etc is just a couple minute learning curve for each new type of item - especially with modern irons that do pretty good temperature control.

Or as you get new clothes phase out the items requiring ironing and go with all permanent-press.
