Normally - Demolition companies (not an Angies List category). Be sure contract specifies disposal is to be per all applicable regulations and specifies that all debris is to be removed from the property at time of removal.

Also a good idea to require (before final payment) that they provide copies of dated receipts/records for disposal of the unit as well as hazardous waste disposal transfer records if asbestos or controlled refrigerant-container reefer/freezer/AC were in the unit, so you don't get government agencies coming after you down the road for illegal disposal or roadside dumping or such.

Generally, a mobile home needs to be gutted of all hazardous materials and an inspection report/certification regarding the above factors has to be prepared before a landfill will accept it. Some areas will not take entire trailers - it has to be demolished like a house and the debris hauled to the landfill (hazardous waste to appropriate hazardous waste facility), then the metal frame hauled (intact or cut up) to a metal recycler, so many times the "hauling away" part is significantly less than half the total cost.

Couple other thoughts:

On the demo, once hazardous materials are out, some fire departments will burn it (in place) if safe, as a fire training exercise. Leaves you with scrap metal and fasteners to pick up, and of course the partly melted siding and frame to get rid of. If going this route, be sure the agreemetn with them is for TOTAL burnout by the end of the training - not a partly burned shell.

Othear alternative (be sure to do proper pink slip transfer as proof of the sale) is sell it to someone on Craigslist for a minimal amount, for use as a cabin, conversion to a workshop, etc.
