Congratulations - you have won - and you didn't even enter ! Does this sound legit to you - and oh yes, I have a bridge in New York I want to sell you, too. Do you REALLY think if you legitimately won something they would be asking you for money to claim it ? Have you heard of the Nigerian scams - sounds to me like the Nigerian name got overused, so they picked the next country before Nigeria to operate out of. Check out their complaint record for yourself by googling this search phrase - media opportunities direct complaints. Here is an article from the Federal Trade Commission on this issue -

PLEASE run don't walk away!!!!!! Yes, as you have read this IS A SCAM. And believe it or not there are people who WILL think they won, WILL send that fee, and WILL live to regret their foolish assumption.

just received letter stampd "confirmed n validated" you have won a cash prize. 1,677,519.00, however upon further reading I find I probably won 1 dollar, and they only want 26.00 for processing and postage.

upon further reading I find that the most you can win is 5,000.00 dollars and the odds are astronomical against it.
