Flooring - Sales/Installation/Repair would be the Search the List category to find well-rated and reviewed vendors for this.

I would not assume you need sanding and refinishing - simple scratches from walking or dragging something across the floor with grit under it (as opposed to gouges torn out of the wood), unless you are REAL finicky, can commonly be cleaned up, touch-up stained, coated with the varnish or urethane or such you have, waxed and buffed to near-invisible condition - generally, unless quite long, look at worst like a flaw in the wood. At a very small fraction of the cost (and dust) of totally refinishing the flooring.

There are also DIY touchup sticks of colored solid waxes for this which work quite well, though using them does mean those repairs have to be solvent removed (along with any wax coat) before the floor can be recoated with clear coat. Most Flooring - Cleaning/Polishing/Waxing contractors can also do this for you if you are not into DIY.
