Is is better to power wash siding on house before or after installing new windows

I have vinyl on the back of my house and I am having all of the windows in the house replaced and have two conflicting opinion on whether the house should be powered washed before or after window installation. I would like a third opinion?

I would say wash first - so you are not washing dirt onto new windows, so there is no chance of the washing peeling off the new caulk (takes months to fully cure), so there is no chance of the pressure washing damaging the window finish/trim, and so there is no risk of breaking a new window.

On the flip side, I just can't see any upside to pressure washing afterwards - putting in the new windows should not dirty the siding any, so no reason I can see that would lean toward washing afterwards. Any minor sawdust or such from adjusting rough opening size can just be garden hose washed off and should not "damage" the pressure washing results.
