Is it safe to have your warts cut off?

Yes, but almost certain to leave a bare white scar. Based on personal experience, I would recommend freezing instead - the doctor uses a liquid nitrogen super-cooled probe to freeze the surficial skin and wart - left a very minimal whitening in my case - not really visible at all, though it does look UGLY for the 2-3 days it takes for the dead skin to fall off - turns a nasty horror-movie purple.

May take 2 passes dependingon the depth of the wart, and for a really deep one hemay have to use acid to eat it away rather than freezing.

Does not hurt at all - just a sting at the start and end, and very quick, and causes less trauma than cutting so you can or walk on the area again sooner.
