Mold Testing and Remediation would be your Search the List cateogry for the mold issue - AFTER attic moisture problem is solved.


For the attic ventilation work, most roofers will do this - certainly the ridge and eave venting, some will and some will not do soffit replacements if that is what you want - most would put ventilation screening or screened louvers into existing soffits.


If you have significant black mold in the attic, I would have the roofer look for leak sources too - true black mold (as opposed to localized mildew or gray mold) generally means continual high moisture, which generally means a leaking roof or penetrations - or a household fan (commonly bathroom) venting moisture into the attic.
