Question DetailsAsked on 12/1/2011

Many of our reports are unvalidated because customers don't want to provide their e-mail address or phone number.

We provide the report form as part of our goody package given to each customer when the job is completed. Even though we tell them otherwise, some feel they will be solicited anyway, and others are concerned about the info being hacked in the future. How do you overcome?

Great question!

Angie's List does not accept anonymous reports. Even a non-member report must have sufficient information provided for us to validate the individual submitting the report is who they say they are. We do not sell any information provided to us.
