Mobile mechanics are listed on Angies List in the Auto Service category - along with shop-based mechanics, so you would probably have to google for local mobile mechanics, then cross-check for any Angies List listing.

Other alternative - especially since if it is fuel pump gas tank undoubtedly has to be be dropped so that is more a shop thing anyway - have it towed to a service shop (commonly around $75-100 for a few mile tow). Some service shops will pay for the tow and add it to your bill, then waive the towing fee (especially if they have in-house towing ability which you use) if the bill is over around $500 or so.
