After answering dozens of questions, receiving several “best answers”, earning a thousand points and being listed as the “Top Expert” in several categories due to many hours of contribution… my Angie’s Answers profile was completely wiped out and all of my points were removed. There's been no communication from Angie's Answers whatsoever. Even after emailing answers@angieslist.com four times they continue to refuse to respond. Anyone have a name of a person I can address this with and hopefully get some answers as to what happened to the profile of my company - which incidentally is an A rated provider that has paid thousands of advertising dollars to Angies List.
