Question DetailsAsked on 7/17/2016

My LG washer is leaking from the pump filter on the bottom, left. Can anyone help me fix it?

It's screwed in properly and there is no debris.

Not knowing specific design I can only guess - check the filter is mounted flush, that any gasket is in decent shape (and that there are not two gaskets there - maybe only left from when last filter was removed), and that the housing and gasket case are not cracked.

Try drying every thing off (assuming not a majhor leak) with paper towels, then run, checking after leak starts again (with washer unplugged so you don't contact bare wires or connections) where the water came from - work you way up the filter or hose from bottom up, using a dry place on paper towel or kleenex (latter shows water better) to check and dry a few inches, then work on up to where the leak actually came from - may be a connection or hose or cracked housing or such further up from the filter.

Otherwise, if you can't find it yourself, then Appliance Repair - Large is your Search the List category for a repair tech.
