My garage attic fan is not working

My garage attic fan is not working, power supply is ok, what could the possible problem be

Assuming there is power to the fan, could be it is jammed (bent blades, louver hitting it, debris blocking it from turning), coulde be thermostat (if thermostat controlled) went out, wiring problem, started solenoid and/or relay (if so equipped) went out, motor burned out or bearing s failed and froze up, or bearings rusted up during non-use season if any.
