Got a friend or two with strong backs who will do it for some pizza and beer ?
Depending on what is in it - can you lighten the box and take the stuff up in a number of trips instead ? If you mean 12 sets of stairs, not 12 steps - is there no elevator (passenger or service) in the building ? Depending on how heavy and how breakable - especially if you have a friend who could help with stabilzing from below - rent an appliance handtruck from a tool rental place or UHual type store for probably about $10-15/day and DIY. Appliance type, with padded back slide bars to help get it up stairs (some also come with kick-out "brakes" which help keep it from sliding back down when moving up a step) would be a LOT easier than normal type - also easier on the leading edge of the stairs. Otherwise, hard to tell what would be cheapest - a Handyman or maybe Haulers - junk haulers - the two-guys-and-a-truck type outfit that usually collects up and hauls off yard, basement or attic junk. Probably more expensive (commonly $150 or so minimum charge) - Moving companies - the same type you would call for a local household move.
