TV Antenna is the Search the List category to get someone to do this.

If you mean only remove it and store it on deck, for later reinstallation - so no TV or satellite dish aiming expertise required, a Handyman (maybe with you helping in the process on the ground) should be able to dismount it and lower it to the ground and remove the mounting hardware. And temporarily seal the roof openings from the bolts.

Make sure the roofing contractor keeps the antenna cable intact for reuse - normally (with accessible attics) it is shoved down into the attic and then after the roofing is done, the antenna installer drills a new hole and fishes the cable through it to the dish as part of the installation. But you don't want the roofer just chopping it off - the more junctions you have in a TV cable the more snow you get and it can lower your bandwidth as the system slows down the data transmission rate or decreases the pixel density to try to eliminate bad data coming through.
