Got some friends with strong backs who will help for pizza and beer afterwards, or before a movie night ?

If only moving around between adjacent rooms with no stairs and items are reaonable weight and will fit through doors without going up on end or edge - commonly you can just tape heavy cardboard around the feet or use commercial slip-under furniture gliders and slipe them around on carpet - or tape old towels or clothing (several layers) under the feet for hard surfaces or hardwood/laminate. I don't trust the gliders on hard surfaces - tend to pick up grit and embed it into the gliders and cause horrendous scratches in the flooring. And of course clean the floor before sliding things on it so you don't drag along grit and cause scratches.

Otherwise, for very bulky/heavy items or if you want the movers to remove items from shelves and such, move, and replace them, then Movers (your Search the List category) would be your category - a typical 2-3 man transfer and storage company moving crew like would pack/unpack and load/unload for a move to a new place.

If just moving some heavy furniture around with you removing shelved/cabineted items efore hand so they are only doing the moving, though commonly a bit less careful around walls and such, Hauling (Trash pickup and hauling) companies also do that.
