Refrigerator moving - a Handyman (with your help) could usually handle that, and of course Movers - regular moving companies. "Clean up post-construction" - I am not sure what "construction" you are talking about - usually the only "cleanup" would be washing walls and floor where the reefer sat.

If you mean building a new alcove for the reefer, assuming not taking out any walls in the process, a Handyman should be able to handle that. Might need an Electrical contractor too to provide a new outlet for it in the new location. And possibly a Plumbing contractor to run water to it if it has cold water/ice dispenser - though if coming off an existing reefer water tap a Handyman can usually handle a new tubing run to the reefer as long as it is coming off the existing water tap/valve.
