Normally, Housecleaning would be the category for a full "deep clean" of the house, plus carpet shampooing and upholstery cleaning (usually before the deep cleaning is done so hair from the carpet is not put into the air while doing the wall and ceiling cleaning. After wall/ceiling cleaning the carpets should be revacuumed with a HEPA filter vacuum to pick up any that got airborne during the cleaning, and specify damp/wet cleaning and HEPA filter vacuum, not brush or rag dusting, by the household cleaners.

You would have to specify full cleaning behind and under all furniture and appliances as well, and cleaning the refrigerator coils and back/under area would also be a good idea because that area catches and then re-mobilized animal hair badly.

If you are severly allergic, then you might need a specialty compnay - some Water and Smoke Damage companies do this sort of top-to-bottom cleaning for smoke removal (which would also remove animal hairs). Indoor Environmental Health and Biophazard Remediation companies also sometimes do allergen removal cleaning - though VERY pricey to get their services - commonly several days rather than say 4-6 hours of cleaning, plus because they are haz wasste companies hourly rates run more to the $100/hour range rather than the normal $15-25/hr range for normal cleaning companies.
