I own a 2nd floor condo and was recently informed the unit below me has water ceiling water damage that happened sometime between oct'11 and Apr '12. I also noted water damage in the lowere floor hall on both sides.
I have seen no significant water leaks in my unit, one small incident of water on my kitchen floor after winter storm that knocked out power/freezing temps in Jan. 12.

I'm concerned and want to confirm/deny any issues, fix if any repairs are needed, as well as protect myself from any possible litigation.

I have to have a Medical Approval before tomorrow to go see my Sister, who's been fighting CANCER for over a year now. I'm on a RUSH so I will know if I can go or not. Hi, we just bought our first house. It is a 1962 rambler and does not have exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Since we are doing other repairs, we would like to get this done now, but have no idea who to contact. We would need the fans to be installed (electrical) plus the duct venting to the outside. Should it be an electrician? Would an electrician do the venting up to the attic/eaves as well?

Also, does anyone know what the total cost would be (parts + labor)?

We have an outdoor pipe that burst from the cold that needs to be fixed. Is this a plumbing concern? Or someone else? Not sure who to call

The coil, condenser and furnace would have a 10 year warrenty if we did it all together, but the condenser and furnace are fine still after 12 years. Carrier brand. If we just replace the coil or coil and condenser we would get a five year warrenty. We plan to stay in the house for at least 10 years.

At he age of 13 yrs old my daughter brought to my attention that her
chin was uneven and one side of her jaw bone was larger than the other.
At the age of 15 it is very noticeable.
As a single mother I must have this corrected for her.
I am in the beginning stage and could use any advice.

I took her to our new dentist( our old dentist passed away suddenly)
he advised an orthodontist and oral suregon and agreed one
side of her jaw is growing and one side is not growing.
Provided me with xrays.

I have researched this and I find asymmetrical faces/jaws.
Which scares me even more. I am not convinced that $5000.
worth of braces will correct this. She does have an overbite.
Overall her teeth are beautiful. I can see where a jaw problem
could cause teeth problems as she grows.

I have scheduled an appt. with a Vanderbilt Oral & Maxillofacial surgeon
Dr.Samuel McKenna DDS MD(we live close to Nashville TN).

Soon I will have to make a decision on what we will do to correct this
problem.
