This would normally be a General Contractor to do the work - but you would first need plans from a Structural Engineer or Architect for the contractor to bid to and do the work form, and in most areas to be able to get the building permit. Since you are concerned about the appearance, I would go to an Architect or Architect/Engineering firm with in-house structural capability as well - most multi-employee architecture firms have in-house or affiliated structural capability.

I STRONGLY recommend you NOT go to some draftsman advertising doing house plans - a draftsman is not qualified to design the beam to span the double opening, and in almost all areas it is illegal for one do to that. Ditto to having a general contractor or carpenter do it - they might get it right based on standard sizing for such beams, but I have also seen collapsed garages and homes because they blew the replacement process, because that header beam commonly carries a pretty substantial load from the floor or roof above.

If you look in the Home > Garage Door link in Browse Projects, at lower left, you will find a couple of similar questions in the last year or two on that subject. Generally not cheap - couple to several thousand $ ballpark usually.
