should I regrout a shower or just put one of those shower stalls over the top of it?

Ellyn, thanks for the question! We asked an A-rated bathroom remodeler and found that if the shower was built well originally and only has minor problems, regrouting might be the way to go. It can hold up anywhere up to 9 years, and then you may need to do it again. If it is in bad shape, it is probably better to just replace it. Each situation is different though, so you'll want to call a few different companies for estimates first. Good luck!
