Depends a lot of course on your exact layout, condition of subfloor and walls and such, and whether the piping also needs to be replaced or just tied into for the new fixtures. Sometimes you can get a small bathroom remodel for under $10,000 - more commonly in the $20,000+ range. The average bathroom remodel in the US is more around $30,000 range.

For a complete remodel I would suggest getting an architect into the picture to do plans and specs and conceptual cost estimate - likely, in most areas, to need those plans and specs to gwet a building permit anyway, and that gives you firm scope-of-work documents for Remodeling - Kitchen and Bath (your Search the List category to find well-rated and reviewed contractors to bid on this) to bid on, and also for the successful bidder to build to.
