If this is a supplemental plan for medicare and are at least 50 years of age, my friends love AARP. Mutual of Omaha is also good. These supplements cover the 20 % medicare doesn't cover. With Mutual of Omaha, many ppl who use this are pleased because there is no co-payment involved.

To review your needs, you can contact the Medicare office. While they will not advice which company to use, they can go over the plans and try to help walk you through your needs.

If these steps are not what you need, you can also make an appointment with a social worker. He or she can sit down with you.

Good luck.

Do you mean Medicare Supplements offered by Medicare, or a Medicare Advantage program (like part C) that covers Hospital, Doctors visits, and prescription drugs that is managed by a private company? There's a difference! There's a huge difference in your out-of-pocket maximum, too. You might want to sit down with a representative from Health Spring and let them explain the differences in coverage, benefits, and cost. I don't work for them, or know anyone who does, but I met with someone from Health Spring last week and it was a very informative and worthwhile meeting. There was absolutely no presssure.
