The Angies List categories that seem to fit are Housecleaning of course - also some catering companies do serving and cleanup without the food prep if you want, though on that day probably not likely to have people available from their full-time staff. But they might have a list of non-cooking staff in an on-call status for occasional assignments which they can assign to your job. Chefs is another possible category - again, some firms listed probably can provide kitchen staff without food prep.

Another possibility would be a Temporary hiring service - in NYC there areones specializing in just food service workers - google for that. Be sure THEY are paying all worker taxes and such, not you - that you are paying them for one of THEIR employees, not paying them to obtain a temporary employee working for YOU. Otherwise you are liable for tax reporting, unemployment, disability, worker's comp insurance, etc.

Be sure to specify what language(s) you are fluent in and they have to comprehend and be able to speak one of so you don't get into a situation like the cook and butler in Murder By Death.
