Question DetailsAsked on 3/20/2016

We live in Reading MA and want to tear down and rebuild a 4 season room on and existing concrete foundation?

Our 3 season porch sits in a concrete foundation. We want to tear down the whole structure, open the wall into the home and rebuild the porch into a 4 season room. The dimension of the room to be built would be 12 by 15 feet. Basically building a one room addition. I am trying to understand approximate costs. We want nothing fancy but basically a two or e windows, a sliding glass door to a deck, 3 outlets and a lighted ceiling fan. Btw the way we also will need the deck currently thinking it will be 12 by 24. Would like to understand total cost ballparks.
Thanks,
