What am I missing?

I don't understand what I'm doing wrong and am becoming increasingly frustrated and wishing I hadn't just joined Angie's. I am trying to get reviews on this doctor in Austin and a google search revealed he had an Angie's List page...

So I joined but whenever I go to the page it still shows all the info as "locked" and wants me to sign in. I sign in, same thing. So I decide to just find his page within the list instead of going to the google link, but I can't find anywhere to do a keyword search. Under my profile it shows my keyword search history so I would think there would be one but I can't find it anywhere. I can only search by category. wtf am I missing? Can I get my money back?

Hi TexasMom,

Thanks for writing in. I think I can help. When you go to www.angieslist.com and log in, you should be at our "Home" page. At the top of the Home page are the following tabs: Home, Angie's List (our "Classic" home categories), Angie's List Health and Angie's List Classic Car. If you click on the "Angie's List Health" tab, that will take you to the search page for health care providers. On that page you will see a "Search by" field. You can adjust your settings to search by health category, provider name, phone number, or keyword. Just adjust your settings to the field you want to search, type in what you're looking for and you're on your way.
