What is approx cost to pour concrete on leveled dirt floor basement ,1000 sq feet. western NC

cinderblock walls, good access to basement. small tractor fits in well. house built 1963

Assuming a concrete truck can get within 20-30 feet (since this will likely be a pumpcrete job for 1000SF), around $3-5/SF is likely a good estimate. Here area couple of other similar or related prior questions with answers FYI:

Bear in mind several things - if basement moisture is an issue then an underdrain system and sump pump should be installed, and vapor barrier over that (a good idea regardless if planning on putting any sort of flooring in).


Also - you say "leveled dirt floor basement" - generally, you need a prepared compacted crushed stone base under a slab to perform best, which adds to materials cost a bit plus may also need some excavation to accomodate the base material and the concrete thickness and still retain the desired ceiling headroom - that may cost a couple to few $ extra per SF.
