Question DetailsAsked on 1/7/2017

What is a ballpark figure to jack up our existing double wide and put a basement under it?

I realize there are a lot of variables, but just looking for an idea to see if it's even feasible. Thanks!

Here are a couple of previous similar questions which should put you in the ballpark for a normal situation - assuming of course your basement excavation does not encounter groundwater or hard digging bedrock. Andofcourse the depth the foundation has to go to (to get below frost depth) matters a lot too - a raised or daylight basement obviously is cheaper than a full-depth in-ground basement.
