Switch itself - for commonly available either switch only or switch-on-a-socket type, commonly about $5-10 at electrical/lighting supply, box store, or Amazon or such.

Not a tough DIY job if you are the least bit home and electrical handy - just keep track of parts and what order they go in, and which wire goes to which color screw. And normally you have to peel off the bottom felt or cardboard to expose the wiring inside so you can undo the knot in the cord so provide enough slack to reassemble the switch, then gently snug down cord when done and reknot. (The knot is to prevent the cord from being pulled free from the screws ande shorting out and maybe energising the light if the cord gets hooked with a foot and jerked.)

Commercially - some lighting specialty stores do repairs, or might sell you the part and helpyou do it there - otherwise most Appliance Repair - Small shops (ones who repair small kitchen appliances and such) can do it - probably about $40-60 in most areas, which might be more than the lamp is worth.

In one of your posts you said NEW lamp - in that case see following response to a previous similar question, and return the lamp to where you bought it for a refund. i would NOT get a replacement - likely to have same problem - an AWFUL lot of the junk coming out of China these days is defective or so shoddily made it fails very quickly, especially electrical stuff.
