Depends on size and on whether in a frame that is designed to allow window glazing (glass and glass enclosure frame) replacement or not - some (especially vinyl and fibearglass) windows it is very hard or basically impossible. Also depends if single or double or triple pane, has special coatings or films, etc.

Basically speaking - GENERALLY for a window that allows decent replacement of the glazing unit, around $50-70 minimum labor charge on up to maybe $150 for a normal kitchen/bedroom sized window that is hard to changae out - easily double that for a large picture window. The glass (glazing unit) itself runs from a low of maybe around $5/SF for single pane glass but more commonly closer to $10/SF, on up to $15-25/SF for energy-efficient triple pane or low-e thermal pane glazing units. Glass that is required to be tempered safety glass due to proximity to doors or floor will typically run about 1/3 more, and laminated safety glass (rarely used in houses) is commonly double that or more.
