A full siding replacement usually consists of; insulation underlayment, siding, window frames, and all soffit and fascia boards being covered in either an aluminum or vinyl product.
Hopefully you and your contractor are having this conversation before any contract was signed

It all depends on the bottom line, some contractors will include gutters and leaders in the quote. You need to get three estimates and you need to see what is included and how much the whole job will cost. If one quote includes everything and another contractor says each item is seperate you still need to see the bottom line. Nothing is free other than the estimate.
