What is the price to concrete skim coat a exterior brick wall

For a brush-on coat - around $1/SF. For a parge coat or rendering - which basically changes the wall to a smooth or flat surface, typically more like $3-5/SF - more above second floor.

However - putting concrete over brick is a BAD idea unless carefully donw as a second separate coat, with air gap and water (not vapor) barrier behind (as with stucco) - because it will trap moisture in the brick, which will then dregrade. Brick is very sensitive to moisture - let it get more or less continuously wet and it starts spalling, then eventually turns back to clay - it needs to breathe, so shoud not be coated or sealed - and of course for that reason should not be used for exterior finish in wet climates.

You did not say WHY you want to do this - but if a facade, I would tear it off first, then go with a concrete plank or panel product over appropriate insulation, firring gap, and water barrier.
