That really depends on a lot of diff factors.

Where are you located? Rates will differ in diff regions.

What do you want it to include? Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, bathroom full clean is basic. Do you want appliances cleaned inside and out? There may be an additional cost to do the insides of appliances.

Do you want ceiling fans, windowsills, switchplates and baseboards cleaned? May be additional.

Do you want windows done, inside and out? Additional fees.

Do you expect dishes and laundry? Additional fees, if they even offer that service.

In our area to do the above mentioned size home with the BASIC and outside of appliances and ceiling fans, baseboards, window sills, switch plates it will be between $100-$300. Now, the reason for such a drastic range is because it will depend if this is a one time cleaning or a regular weekly, or bi-weekly cleaning. You will get a better break on a regular cleaning schedule.
