Depends on how many square feet of coverage the bundles give - some 3-tab shingles come 3 bundles per square (a square is 100 SF of roof area), but some brands and other types of shingles come as few as 2 bundles/square and as many as 5 or 6. And of course metal and wood shingles/shakes are different too.

And that of course assumes normal manufacturer recommended reveal - in heavy storm/wind areas sometimes less tab reveal is used to give more resistance to wind peeloff and foldover, so coverage per bundle can go down by as much as 50%.

Here are a couple of previous similar questions which should help with your question - or not help, because it shows how many variables there are. If talking hiring a contractor, never (except for leftover / spare shingles you want to keep for future maintenance) pay by bundles or SF of shingles - pay by the SF of roof area covered so any wastage/ overpurchasing / etc is the contractor's issue and there is no incentive to buy more than needed any maybe squirrel them away for another job, or overbuy and then take them away at the end of the job and return them for a creedit you do not ever see.
