Which cell phone provider has the best coverage in Mankato, MN?

I'm frustrated with the continuous incline of Verizon's plan fees, and I'm trying to switch to another cell phone provider. I have been told to go with T-Mobile and Sprint. But I'm not sure which one is better, or if there is another provider I should go with that has reasonable pricing and excellent coverage. I'm looking to have a smartphone with them as I currently have an iPhone.

Right now... With Verizon: Paying $92 for 450 minutes, Unlimited Texting, and 2GB Data, with 25% discount, which I think that's way too much for the simplest plan.

Can you please help me out?

This is Kyle K with Member Care. Thanks for posting your question.

Although we don't track going rates for various projects because this varies widely depending on market factors and location, members are encouraged to include how much a project cost in their reviews.

With that in mind, a good way to find out a general price range, login to your membership and search for Phone Service - Cellular, and then look as the project cost associated with each review. The best way to get the most accurate information is to request multiple bids from several local contractors. As the price will vary with work site considerations and individual contractors' approaches, getting multiple estimates will help provide a clearer idea of what to expect in terms of pricing.

I hope this information help! Please let me know if I can assist further. You can respond to this thread or submit a new Answers post. You can also reach us at We're happy to help!
