Who can I hire to remove dent on my clothes dryer

A technician that did a recall repair on my washer stepped on my dryer to get in back of the washer and made a dent on the top. It's a new dryer and I want the dent removed.

He should have known better than to do that - you could stand on Whirlpools and Amanas and such (if you were careful not to stand in the middle of a panel or door) in the old days, but not on modern appliances with the thinner metal they are using.

I would have refused to pay him for the washer repair until the damage to the dryer was fixed - and almost certainly not by just popping the dent out but by replacing that/those damaged panel(s) or lid. (One might be able to pop out a shallow dent, but in appliances like that once dented the least pressure on that piont (stacking clothes or such on it) will likely pop the dent back in again - putting you back where you were, so it should be replaced ith new panel.

If you already paid him (and can not stop payment), I would talk to the owner/manager of the appliance repair company about having the dryer repaired. If they refuse, then your recourse is to contact their insurance company with a claim against their liability insurance.
