Who do call to repair a water leak in my bathroom ceiling fan?

My second floor bathroom ceiling fan has failed. I noticed water stains in the sprayed ceiling around the fan when I took the cover off. Then when it was raining heavy last week I saw water dripping in through the fan.

Roofer - unless your attic is a swimming pool (which would almost always still be a roof leak), probably got a leak at the seal around the fan vent hood on the roof.

I looked back at this question thinking it might make a good reference for another current question, and noticed I spaced on one possible cause - in addition to a bad roof jack or asphaltic mastic seal around the duct pipe or roof vent, another possible cause, especially in heavy blowing rain, is water splashing right in front of the hood (if roof-level and not elevated) and blowing in through the oepn front of the hood (if open face design) or in the front opening if the back-draft flapper is stuck with lint or rust.
