Not sure who in that area,if it is an older one with the old flat metal on it, now make sure they install some strips using at least 1" x 4" every 12" inches up the roof and around the perimeter to fasten the new metal to.This will give you a good wind up lift on it and make it a lot stronger for your house,we do a lot of them here on the coast of NC and this is how we do them.This is the best way to install them on the older mobile homes.If you do not want to do the metal then I would recommend installing a fully adhered EPDM Rubber roof and install it with a termination bar all the way around the edge of the trailer.We have done several of those as well..You might want to contact the local roofing distributors like ABC Supply and ask them who they would recommend to give an estimate on the various styles of roofing for a mobile home..I hope this helps..Ronnie.
