Why is water coming up from the ground in my front yard?

Water does not stink and all water sources inside house are working fine. Don’t see gushing, just standing

The most likely cause is you have a cracked water supply line that is leaking water under the ground and saturating your yard. A good sign that it's and underground leak is if the ground feels 'spongy' then stepped on. Even with a crack, it's possible for the water pressure in your house to be unaffected, especially with newer fixture that have much lower gallons per minute flow.
