Pest Control would be your Search the List category.

Or if in location where spray would not be dangerous to the dog or family, use a jet type spray Hornet and Wask killer (the ones that shoot about 20 feet) and during the evening after they have settled down shoot a good 5 second jet into the nest opening or hole in the ground they are in. Then come back 5-10 minutes later and hit it again to kill the late returners and any that survived.

Next day hose it down well with some detergent to remove residual that could hurt kidsw or dog.

Obviously, do not spray right into doghouse - let pest control guy physically remove the nest if located there, so as to not kill the pooch off.
