auctioneers in berks county pa

Trying to get rid of a storage unit. Need someone to clean it out and sell or get rid of most items.

But note, if you are going to sort through the stuff while they are there, they are likely to add an hour charge for that, in addition to their commission. If you know there are just a very few items you want pulled out, generally you can put that in the contract, listing the specific items, atno extra charge - but you would need to be there while they sort through the stuff (likely at their acution house if the stuff is already boxed) to be sure they do not accidentally auction something you want saved. Also, if you pull anything from the auction after they start work, they still get their auction fees on the extimated sale value of those items, and pulling stuff not on your "save" list is not something they like to see - can quickly sour your relationship with them, so far better to sort through it yourself BEFORE you call in an auctioneer to haul it away.
