The termite holes (though why they drilled through foundation I can't figure - usually dig down along foundation from outside) should have been sealed wtih non-shrink grout.

The pipe penetration should have been sealed from the outside with bitumastic sealant.

Both types are sometimes sealed with expanding foam-in-a-can - though termites will go right through that and commonly seem to prefer that to wood for tunnelling through, so not a good idea in termite country.

Call the termite guys back to fill the holes properly atno charge to you - and get the plumbers to seal their leak from the outside also at no charge to you, because both are sloppy workmanship.
