I would say pretty much any plumber - also most handymen can relight a pilot without blowing your house up.

However - the big question is WHY did the pilot light go out, unless your gas service was interrupted or you ran out of propane - so if you do not know WHY it went out, a plumber or Heating and A/C contractor (one who does water heater work- not all do) is your best bet both for diagnosis and for having ready access to the parts you need.

Most common cause - probably a thermocouple or thermopile gone bad (typical safe life a couple of years and about 5 years respectively) - typically about $5-50 parts (thermopiles a lot more expensive than thermocouples) and minimum service call charge of about $75-400 range countrywide - usually around $150 plus or minus $25-50. In your area - I would expect $125 range.
