Here is a similar previous question with answers on that FYI - in my area about $500-1000 (commonly $800-1000) but that is with sewer lines buried 8-12 feet deep - in areas with 3-4 foot burial depth around $500 should be more common.

Note it is pretty rare to put a cleanout at the street connection - normally it is about 3-6 feet outside the house, allowing snaking inside the house from an in-house cleanout or snakeable floor drain or a removed toilet to that point, then going into the cleanout with a router or jetter to clean the line from there to the street. And a cleanout about every 50-100 feet along the way for long lines - not more than 100' between cleanouts per code.

Oh - and I emphatically recommend AGAINST 2-way cleanouts on small-diameter lines unless absolutely necessary to provide complete router coverage for your line - the upstream facing opening in the wye tends to accumulate solids and floatables and clogs off prematurely, though you can reduce that by flushing it with a jet nozzle on a hose yearly or more often. But o me, just an invitation to trouble.
