If the stucco is in good shape and there is not too much prep and a quality exterior paint is applied such as Duration by Sherwin Williams then I would estimate the job at $7000 for two coat application

See my lengthy description for 2100 sq. ' exterior paint job...but stucco houses especially should never be painted w only one coat. Even if you're using exact same colour that is already on there it will no longer be the same due to weathering and exposure to UV light.

Stucco needs to cleaned very well w a pressure washer -because of the texture, it holds dirt and grime that may need hand scrubbing in some places if you want your new paint job to adhere and cure well...And it's very important to use the same kind of paint that is already on the house (make sure u aren't using latex over old oil), if it's a new house spend the money on an excellent high adhesive, quality primer specified for stucco and future paint jobs will last much longer. It is recommended that stucco houses be sprayed over rolled, if u can find a skilled painter in your area to do this it will save you a considerable amount of time and is the one method most conducive to using just one pass/coat of colour, (if you are covering the same colour again)
